City Square Mall

City Square Mall is the first eco-mall in Singapore to be integrated with a 49,000 sq ft urban park named City Green, located within the planning area of Kallang. It is also the first mall awarded the Green Mark Platinum Award by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).

The mall sits on Singapore's historic New World Amusement Park site and is directly connected to Farrer Park MRT station. City Green provides a learning experience about ecology and the natural environment.

The Mall City Square Mall is located on the historic New World Park site at Serangoon and Kitchener Roads. It is close to Little India which has been voted one of Singapore's top five tourist destinations. The mall also offers direct access to Farrer Park MRT station. This will help it attract tourists and local shoppers. It has over 450,000 square feet of net rentable area spread across five retail levels and two basements.

There are four levels of lifestyle services. This building is home to approximately 200 tenants. City Square Mall offers a variety of quality-for-money products and services as well as exciting promotional activities. It is designed to be a mini-town-centre that allows the community to shop, meet and play while also providing an opportunity for eco-learning.
