Very bad service. Booked a car but unable to unlock the car. Instruction told that the car key is inside the car. But when im there, its nothing to be found. When called customer service, they say to check the window or tire. How dumb can i be? Lol. Host dont even reply and pick up my call. Refuse to refund eventho its their fault.
