Rented from this company from Dec 11-15 2024. Paid rental costs including additional costs for Malaysia usage. Company was fully aware car was to be driven to Desaru.
2nd day on of our trip, 30min on route to our hotel loud sound was heard suddenly while driving and thankfully we were able to slow down without losing control of the car.
