Edge is a buffet with live oysters (subject to avaliability) and has rlly good spread and atmosphere! Few buffets with live oysters left, scallops and dessert was delicious. Enjoyed the spread and the live band on Sundays which engaged not just the guests but my family members as well. 10/10 would recommend atmosphere is amazing but it is pricey

Great buffet lunch and brunch. Wide range of food on offer from local Singapore laksa and satay to western dishes like pizzas and ribs and roast beef to sushi and sashimi. We tried Colony, the Line... So far Edge is the best among these 3. Reason, Egde offers interesting dishes.. just to name a few, chocolate fountain at dessert bar, durian pudding, mala crawfish, many more. Will definitely come back again.

Delightful spread of food with varied dishes from different cuisines and regions. There is a good mix of hot and cold dishes. Taste wise it’s not the best but most of the dishes tasted above average, most of the ingredients tasted fresh. Plates were changed promptly and service was good.

Food: Great selection of dishes available, fresh seafood (lobster, crab, oyster, clams, cold prawns), sashimi, good spread of cheese platter, satay, Asian cuisine (SG60 special) and great variety of desserts! Excellent service and nice ambience, we were there for buffet lunch, enough spread from all cuisines, sg local to Japanese and Indian dishes. The staffs were very polite and attentive, helped us in taking many pictures for memories too.
