Question:
Answer:
Coming to Enishi this weekend! Is there parking available at International Plaza, or should I consider other options??
Great choice! International Plaza does have parking, but it can get a little packed. You might also want to consider parking at nearby buildings or taking public transport – the Tanjong Pagar MRT station is super close!

Atmosphere, food quality, staff service and the efficiency of work was extremely sophisticated. Dan Dan noodle was the absolutely the best. On additional note, Credit card/ Debit card is available for the payment! The best ramen shop ever!!

I’m trying all the ramen in Singapore and comparing to how authentic it tastes compared to japan. I would say this is close. Got the dashi ramen regular, and the broth was mild and flavourful. Noodles with great chewy texture. They also try to mimic the Japanese owners who greet their customers whenever they enter. Seats are limited and there is a ... see more

Enishi Japanese Restaurant is a hidden gem for ramen lovers, offering an authentic and flavorful dining experience. Their ramen boasts rich, savory broths—whether it’s the creamy tonkotsu or the umami-packed shoyu—that are simmered to perfection. The noodles have just the right chewiness, and the toppings, from tender chashu pork to marinated soft-... see more

A no frills spot in a somewhat hidden spot in international plaza. Actually it’s really easy to find if you take the escalator up from 7/11, just turn left and you’ll see it at L2. It was packed given it’s a small eatery during lunchtime on Sunday. Plenty of solo diners. You order first while queueing, and I was first in line so it was only a 10mi... see more

Amazing ramen, worthy of its Michelin label. A hidden gem stowed away in International Plaza, their signature Daishi ramen had a rich, light broth flavor, bringing out the best combo of konbu and bonito and accompanied with smoked duck, chashu slices and a soft boiled egg. One of the best ramen I have ever eaten yet, highly recommended! For a non-T... see more

Ordered the Dashi Ramen and Dan Dan Noodles. Tough choice, but if I had to pick, the dry Dan Dan Noodles stood out – rich, flavorful, and even better with a splash of their assorted vinegars. Service was thoughtful too, they even offered me a bib when they noticed I was in white. Be there early and prepare to queue due to limited seats!

We got the dandan noodles and scallop noodles. The noodles had great texture, however overall it does feel a little one dimensional. Perhaps it’s just not really to our taste! The place is pretty small, reminiscent of japanese ramen places and there’s a line out the door even before they open.

Eatery is quite small can only seat 9-12 persons. Ordered their shoyu ramen- rich, flavorful broth and perfectly cooked noodles 🍜 and dan dan ramen (dry, medium). ✔️ Fresh ingredients and generous portions 🥩🥬 ✔️ Cozy vibes, perfect for a solo meal or 2 ✔️ Broth taste & texture similar to what I tried at Japan’s number 1 ramen eatery before I ... see more
