As far as I know, Tonkotsu Kazan at Century Square is mainly a walk-in restaurant, so reservations aren't usually taken. Get your squad together and head down! First come, first served! The more, the merrier (and the more bowls of ramen, obviously!).

Volcano Ramen is pretty popular, especially during weekday lunch hours! Expect a bit of a queue, but trust me, the fiery deliciousness is worth the wait! Maybe try going slightly before or after the peak lunch rush (around 12-2pm) to snag a seat faster!

Order beef shabu Kazan, the quality is consistently good, come with free cooked eggs self serviced. The broth is rich and flavourful - recommend the less salty option. However, this branch is always understaffed, the staffs work super hard but hard to keep up. Hope the mgmt is able to figure out a better way to be more efficient.

Volcano Ramen was a first for us and the 'Volcano' experience was as delightful as it was delicious. Highly recommend for the portion size, taste and experience. Not the Best Ramen, but Cool Concept The Beef Sukiyaki arrived like a star, the broth was poured in and covered for a minute before it was ready to eat. Came here on a weekday to satisfy my ramen craving and I was quickly seated. Food came fast and it didn't disappoint. There was free flow of hard-boiled eggs too.

I had my first experience trying the Volcano Ramen here, and it was truly an enjoyable one. The flavor was satisfying, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive, kindly guiding us on the proper way to enjoy the dish. Overall, a pleasant dining experience worth recommending

They never fail to impress with their food presentation, quality, consistency and service. Hard working crew both front n back of house. Hats off to the team.
