Horrible after sales service from NTUC AMK electrical section. My mother bought a Whirlpool washing machine from them on 4 Aug 25 and the delivery team botched up the installation, resulting in back flow of water from the drain pipe during the wash cycle. No common sense policy! .. I asked and Customer Service Counter told me to pay for this bulky table fan at the Cashier Counter.
Upon payment - the Cashier told me to go to Customer Service Counter to have the paid item tied up for ease of carrying it.
So, Wasting buyer's time to queue TWICE !

Repeatedly misleading customers with incorrect pricing. Today I bought a chicken broth marked $1.66, but it scanned as $1.75. This is not the first time it has happened.
