Horrible after sales service from NTUC AMK electrical section. My mother bought a Whirlpool washing machine from them on 4 Aug 25 and the delivery team botched up the installation, resulting in back flow of water from the drain pipe during the wash cycle. No common sense policy! .. I asked and Customer Service Counter told me to pay for this bulky table fan at the Cashier Counter. Like what everyone said, you can find anything and everything here. Only one comment. I wish they could have an international section (Thai, Vietnam, Australia, USA) like the one in NTUC finest.

Repeatedly misleading customers with incorrect pricing. Today I bought a chicken broth marked $1.66, but it scanned as $1.75. This is not the first time it has happened. FairPrice AMK Hub should ensure that shelf prices match checkout prices and stop misleading shoppers. Very disappointed.

Alarming Negligence in Food Safety at NTUC I bought two boxes of tomatoes, only to find that almost the entire box (around 90%) was mouldy and unsafe to eat.
