Question:
Answer:
What happens if my flight is delayed and I miss my tour??
No sweat! Just pop back to the registration counter and see if you can hop on a later tour if space is available. Flight delays happen, and they're usually pretty understanding. But do try to get there as early as you can.

Question:
Answer:
Are the tours really free, or are there any hidden costs??
Yep, the tours are absolutely free! Changi Airport and Singapore Airlines are super generous. They want to show you a little taste of Singapore, no strings attached (except maybe the urge to book a longer trip next time!).

Question:
Answer:
How do I register for a tour, and are there any eligibility requirements??
Register at the Free Singapore Tour counters located in the transit area of Changi Airport. You'll need a valid boarding pass and visa (if applicable) and at least 5.5 hours of transit time between flights. Basically, if you've got a decent layover, you're golden!

I really enjoyed my evening tour at 6pm. I was able to see the light show at Gardens by the bay (this is the time to go!) and I was able to see the sunset at marina bay. My guide Ayob was really informative during the trip- a particularly interesting talk during the bus journey about Singapores history. If you’re a solo traveller you may be able to... see more
