About River Wonders

The River Wonders Singapore, formerly known as the River Safari Singapore, is located on Mandai Lake Road, right next to Singapore Zoo. It is Asia's "first and only river-themed wildlife park,"

Across the River Wonders's 11 "zones" representing different geographic ecosystems, there are a wide variety of animals (like Otters and Pandas), reptiles (crocodile-like Indian Gharials, Green Anacondas), and sea creatures (Electric Eels, Giant Freshwater Stingrays), among many others. In the Yangtze River Zone, you'll find Singapore's two famous Giant Pandas, Jia Jia and Kai Kai (plus their new baby panda, Le Le).

The Pandas at River Wonders Singapore are one of the star attractions, being one of only nine countries to have received pandas on loan from China. It also offers a special panda-mania tour! From 10 am to 3 pm, tour the Giant Panda Forest with a personal wildlife guide. The visitors will also head to the VIP dining experience, where they will have lunch in a private dining room with a full view of the Giant Panda Forest.

Night Safaris are always beautiful. It is highly recommended to complete the entire walk. They are extremely friendly. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we visited the feedings. Their passion for wildlife is evident.

Coco O Google Review It was always a fun day at the zoo. My daughter loved it. The show with the sealion, an incredible animal, was the highlight. Herv Caux Google review Our visit to Jurong Bird Park was very relaxing.

The Jurong Bird Park was a great place to spend a lot of time bird-watching, tree bathing, and spending hours in the trees. The variety of bird species was amazing to me. They come from many parts of the globe and they are all healthy. Some of them have amazing colors.

The birds were very friendly and we enjoyed their company. Amazing River Wonders experience. Manatees and Pandas were among the many fascinating creatures that we saw. The park is well-designed with helpful guides.

Particularly recommended for children. It was an educational and enjoyable day. Guide shared with us that all of Mandai would become part the Park Connector Network. It is a great idea William Go Google Review

I had a salad for lunch, with a traditional mooncake, at Starbucks Singapore Zoo. My salad was light and well arranged and my Earl Grey tea flavoured mooncake was amazing. There were 4 flavours of mooncakes. I loved my iced Hibiscus tea with pomegranate pearls...drink, it was a great choice in warm weather. SEE photos.

This outlet is just outside the River Safari. It is spacious and has probably the most pleasant location among all Starbucks outlets in Singapore. Prices here are a bit higher than outlets in the city.

Dropped in to this cosy air conditioned retreat for an iced coffee after our visit to the zoo and river cruise. Recommend a drop in, handy way to muster some energy before you leave.....

This Starbucks is adjacent to the River Safari entrance exit, with a very pleasant tropical outlook with modern interior. My daughter and I had sausage roll and quiche which was excellent. Good pace to relax after a few hours at the River Safari.

Called for a quick coffee and cake knowing we would be able to get decaff. Good seating area, nice and clean. Friendly staff. Cake was tasty. I usually try to support independent coffee shops but was quite happy with the coffee and service here.

Same prices as everywhere else but they do run out of things like pies, so the kids got a bit frustrated. Coffee is around $7 $8 Singapore dollars.

Located right next to the River Safari of the Singapore Zoological gardens in Mandai. The restaurant is spacious & was not crowded, making it a good venue for a breakfast or lunch break.
