Ginza Sushi Ichi truly deserves its Michelin star. Food and ambience were top notch while the Japanese sushi chef put on an amazing display of professionalism in his sushi presentation. The Omakase set with its wide variety of imported seafood will delight all sushi lovers! My favourite is the soft shell crab eaten whole in one morsel. Yummy!

Their seafood 🍣 like fish and clams are soooo fresh as just out of the sea. Snappers and clams are my favourite, chewy and crispy.
