I stayed there from 26. April till 29. April and arrived in the morning at 10.30 am. I was so wasted after a long flight and the staff did everything that my room was ready for early checkin, so that I could rest. The hotel is up to standard. Service staff is very good, nice and friendly. But the major problem of the room is not soundproofing. I heard every activity outside the room all night.

Staff were very polite , the only bad thing was the rooms did not have a window and felt a bit uncomfortable , and the rooms get a bit old . Other than that very easy access to public transport and eateries .( would recommend IBIS Clarke quay over this )

very easy to check-in & check-out, just installing the app to get digital key.. the staffs were so helpful in explaining all details & they're very nice as well.. Good hotel! We enjoyed our stay here thoroughly. Basic rooms, nothing fancy but perfect for what we needed. The location couldn’t have been much better! As people who weren’t familiar with Singapore, we were a bit iffy on the location going into it but if you plan to use the MRT (which you should ! very easy to navigate) it is less than a 5 min wal... see more

A budget Hotel in Singapore with 3 person per room (1 double bed and 1 single bed) and breakfast, and even swimming pool. The best value for money hotel!! had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. the room was neat and small (but okay). the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. but the room wasn't soundproof so you can still hear the noise from the outside. and when i asked the receptionist to make up the room, they still didn't do it. overall it's nice near the Lavender MRT station and the sur... see more

I stayed in other ibis budget chains and the other 2-star chain was better than this 3-star hotel. The room is clean but felt smaller than the 2-star one. The only addition is they have breakfast here although I was not a big fan. They have pool but I didn’t get a chance to use it
