The Hainanese Chicken Rice is their signature dish and it did not disappoint. The sous vide chicken was tender, flavorful, and served cold with a light jelly layer, fragrant rice, and rich sauces. It tasted quite different from the versions in Malaysia or Thailand, in a good way.
We also tried the Fried Hokkien Mee and Home-Made Crispy Prawn Roll....
