One of the worst customer service experience I had at a bowling alley. We encountered a mechanical issue with our lane. Very bad service. Lady at the counter was disinterested and not keen to provide any additional assistance whatsoever. They were reluctant to help with the lanes and reluctant to use more lanes - instead, they insisted on assigning our group of six to one lane (when 1/3 of the bowling centre was empty).
