Bright, clean and spacious area. Staff are a little slow with finding my booking but they get the job done so no issue. Went on a Friday during the June school holidays, 5-7pm and not much of a crowd which is great! Clean toilets too.

Had been there for an office event ( bowling) and had bed experience with staff over there. Not sure what's the problem, the staffs were very rude. Our lanes had problem in returning the balls back and we had walk to counter multiple times to report it. Nice place to bowl. Good lanes and nice staff......I would give a 5⭐️stars if not the pins. Super heavy pins. Feel like hitting rocks. Even with my 15lbs bowling balls with speed of 25kph....the pins won't fly......most of the people I know gave the same feedback. Renovation done, place look brighter and clean, but seem like they have reduce the common sitting area to Bar top style by at least 50%, new retail space taken over by indoor golf, and also food is available to order, from the price look pricey, French fries for $10.80 🤯, good luck to yr business
