Seating appeared a tad crowded. The restrooms were clean and tidy. The buffet spread was reasonable. Service was below par, surprisingly! Tables were not cleaned promptly after usage. Signage inside the lounge could be better! Not too bad an experience though.

Laksa here is excellent. Dim sum selection is also great. Casual crowd: lots of Australians. Showers are available but there’s usually a wait.

Comfortable open space lounge. Not very crowded. The food is mediocre but good enough for a quick bite.

Nice ambience, high ceiling and excellent food spreads. Many seating areas to choose and this lounge comes with a shower area.

Lounge about a 7-10 minute walk from the arrival gate. Staff very friendly. No queue to have a shower. Lots of charging outlets. Food plentiful and large selection of wines and spirits. Tea and coffee stations self service. Was busy early morning but return trip 5 pm was okay. Would return for sure.

Great place with a varuety of seating styles; however, there isn’t really a place to lie down, unless you head off to the back where there are sofa booths and you’re ok with that. Food selection is good enough, and so are the drinks. They always carry a good variety of TWG, Singapore’s signature brand of teas. Of course, there’s also Singaporean l... see more
