Question:
Answer:
I have a connecting flight with a Star Alliance airline. Does that grant me access to this lounge during my layover??
If your onward flight is with a Star Alliance airline and you're flying in a premium cabin (First or Business Class), then yes, you should be able to access the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge during your layover. Make sure to have your boarding pass for the connecting flight handy!

Question:
Answer:
Alright, so what goodies await me inside? Is it just a quiet space, or are there snacks involved??
Oh, it's way more than just a quiet space! Think comfy seating to sink into, a selection of yummy food and drinks to satisfy your cravings, and shower facilities to freshen up before your flight. It's basically a pre-flight pampering paradise!

Question:
Answer:
Hey there! I'm a KrisFlyer Gold member flying out of Terminal 3. Can I waltz right in??
Unfortunately, just being a KrisFlyer Gold member isn't enough for access. This lounge is for passengers flying in Suites, First Class, Business Class on Singapore Airlines or other Star Alliance airlines, as well as PPS Club members. There are other options based on partner airlines status and class of travel, so check the specifics of your ticket!

Seating appeared a tad crowded. The restrooms were clean and tidy. The buffet spread was reasonable. Service was below par, surprisingly! Tables were not cleaned promptly after usage. Signage inside the lounge could be better! Not too bad an experience though.

Laksa here is excellent. Dim sum selection is also great. Casual crowd: lots of Australians. Showers are available but there’s usually a wait.

Comfortable open space lounge. Not very crowded. The food is mediocre but good enough for a quick bite.

Nice ambience, high ceiling and excellent food spreads. Many seating areas to choose and this lounge comes with a shower area.

Lounge about a 7-10 minute walk from the arrival gate. Staff very friendly. No queue to have a shower. Lots of charging outlets. Food plentiful and large selection of wines and spirits. Tea and coffee stations self service. Was busy early morning but return trip 5 pm was okay. Would return for sure.

I went to the Gold lounge as my sister’s guest. It’s a lovely oasis in the hubbub of T3 at Changi We had a nice meal including dim sum, laksa and moreish chocolate puffs. Then, we hung in comfy seats with charging points. Showers were available though we didn’t use them

There is laksa station (staff will prepare for you), dessert (gingko barley), dim sum (siew mai, hargao, yam paos), fried rice, white rice, fried beehoon (basivally beehoon with soya sauce), pasta (but with weird cream of pumpkin sauce with saus... see more

Great place with a varuety of seating styles; however, there isn’t really a place to lie down, unless you head off to the back where there are sofa booths and you’re ok with that. Food selection is good enough, and so are the drinks. They always carry a good variety of TWG, Singapore’s signature brand of teas. Of course, there’s also Singaporean l... see more
