Question:
Answer:
I'm thinking of heading over with a group. Is it a good place for a larger gathering, or better suited for a more intimate setting??
It's cozy, so larger groups might feel a bit cramped. It's better suited for more intimate gatherings, like a date night or a small group of close friends (4-6 max). For a big celebration, you might want to explore other options!

Question:
Answer:
I'm thinking of popping by for dinner. Is there anything I absolutely HAVE to try on the menu??
Ooh, good choice! The menu changes, but if they have the steak frites or any of their classic French dishes, definitely go for it. Their cheese selection is also superb, so maybe start with a cheese board?

Question:
Answer:
Wine is a big part of the experience, right? Can I get some recommendations, or should I just wing it??
Oh, absolutely dive into the wine list! They've got a fantastic selection. Don't hesitate to ask the sommelier for recommendations – they're super knowledgeable and can help you find the perfect pairing for your meal (or just a glass you'll adore!).

Simple decor. Calme. Adequate service. I guess reviews depend on what was chosen. We had the $48++ 3 course set lunch. The pork terrine was sizable and good. The bread was yumz. The main course of hanger steak ( add $6) appeared to have been marinated some time ago. And shockingly salty! The French fries were very good. The sauce for the salmon w... see more

Overall was pretty good, classic food. Service was quite good, food took a while to come. The space was cosy and great for a group meal.

Old school decorated bistro with excellent charcuterie and dishes. Wine maps on the wall will remind you of your trips to France and so do the dishes.

My partner brought us here for date night. From the get go, our waitress Macon put us at ease with excellent recommendations for the rillette and wine. The cote de boeuf was perfection, the shallot garlic confit was among the best I’ve ever had. The potato gratin and cheese platter are honorable mentions as well. It’s not for everyday of course - ... see more

Great food, great wine and great service in a pleasant space. A hidden gem for tourists or locals. Good enough we went two nights in a row. Generous servings of meals cooked with French flair, and a well curated wine list to go with it. Value for money and a highly recommended meal experience.

Excellent food and service. The menu is limited but each dish we tried were top notch. Both starters, fish and meat mains. Don’t miss out on the decadent mashed potatoes. Loved it. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Today is my 2nd time returning to this establishment. My first time was remembering the seating was cramp and there were no privacy when talking. Hence I did not want to revisit. But since I was thinking of good old french no frills food , i decided to give the place another chance. We ordered Burgundy ( recommended by the staff) which went pretty ... see more

A cozy establishment and great to have a nice lunch with friends. The service staffs were polite and professional and the hospitality was great. It would be even better if complimentary tap water was provided (after all we paid for service charge). Despite that, I thought that service charge was well spent. There some issues with the sea bass dis... see more
