Fluffly bun, juicy meat, and the veggies make it fresh. Love the french fries too!

Lots of seating capacity. Food served fast. They offer free water, tissue and condiments. There’s also an automated hand washing machine. We got our food voucher on KLOOK to save money - use our code for discount.

Had lunch at Shake Shack VivoCity yesterday and accidentally dropped my favourite shrooms burger while balancing my tray along with my belongings. 😢 The staff kindly offered me a replacement burger even though it was my mistake. It was a little embarrassing, but I really appreciated their thoughtfulness and great service. Amazing place to dine in.

The food was always amazing at Shake Shack! The bread of the burger was so soft and the shake was so rich and sweet! The service was swift and efficient with very friendly staff making small talks. There’s a good view of the Sentosa Island. Overall would recommend this outlet!

Very disappointing experience. The service attitude here was terrible. I waited a very long time for my food and nobody bothered to check if my order was even received. Trying out the New Burger French Bistro. It is not bad but find it more sourly in taste due to the sauce and the pickles I think. Prefer the classy Shack Burger instead, good and yummy and having it with the Pandan Shake!
