Best to kick the gambling habit. Had not heard of anyone being “happily after” betting on Toto/4D. The rewards are mediocre except the occasional roll over. Nothing to gloat about.

Terrible customer service. The old lady was too rude to people if someone ask a question. Seems to be they don't know how to smile or be nice to the customers. The website says that get details from their friendly staff. But the staff is not friendly at all in this outlet. If you want to buy go to another outlet where there is a pleasant staff.
