Worst service ever, avoid this company at all cost if you can , never answer emails or phone calls, finally the answer a call explained somebody will call back ... never did ... reporting this to consumer protection of Singapore .

Service is getting from bad to worst. Why bother to have a contact number when nobody is answering the call 90 per cent of the time. If it wasn't that i need to give a min of 1 star at least, i don't even want to

unable to get thru customer service tel nbr - after enter your hp nbr n utility account nbr, the reply is "nobody is available to speak to you". Submitted utility meter readings n yet calculation is not done. Emailed them n received Stupid Standard reply that did not answer my question. Service standard is going down the drain !

Ridiculous as it is!!! Long story short, OTP came after 4-5mins after requesting for 1 and the OTP is ONLY valid for 1 minute. Been doing this on the apps and website but still the same!!!
