unable to get thru customer service tel nbr - after enter your hp nbr n utility account nbr, the reply is "nobody is available to speak to you". Submitted utility meter readings n yet calculation is not done. Emailed them n received Stupid Standard reply that did not answer my question. Ridiculous as it is!!! Long story short, OTP came after 4-5mins after requesting for 1 and the OTP is ONLY valid for 1 minute. Been doing this on the apps and website but still the same!!!
