Stirling Steaks is a steakhouse specializing in charcoal-grilled steaks served with the highly popular Stirling Sauce. They serve ten types of STEAK CUTS, including tomahawk, ribeye, tenderloin, T-Bone, hanger, and other steak cuts.
Since 2014, Stirling Steaks have been serving smoky, juicy steaks with its in-house ‘Stirling” sauce. They use traditional charcoal to grill the steaks. Each plate is conceived to portray the richness of its flavors through the slow charcoal grilling.

We ordered Tenderloin and Wagyu Ribeye. Both were cooked to perfection. Staff were friendly. One of the best no frills steak house in Singapore. Highly recommend.on Sun Sep 19 2021

This was our first visit to Stirling Steaks. 1. I was expecting a restaurant specializing in steaks to know how to grill steaks properly. Medium well is not medium rare! Our steaks were completely over cooked. 2. Food was barely above room temperature. Fries were good. Pork cheeks were great. Halloumi salad ok. Beer was normal. Used Entertainer on mains. However, 3 out of 4 medium well ribeyes didn t look like a ribeye. See pic below. I did a takeaway for the Steak Burger and was terribly disappointed. The bun was not only tough but charred so badly that I had to cut away a quarter of it to dispose. I m shocked that they will actually serve food of this quality...to anyone!Related Places
