I'm planning a trip to The Fat Kid Bakery but not familiar with that area. What's the easiest way to get there using public transport??
No worries, getting there is a breeze! The nearest MRT station is Telok Ayer Station. From there, it's just a short walk to Amoy Street. Keep an eye out for the cutest bakery on the block! Enjoy!

Answer:
Hey! I'm planning to swing by The Fat Kid Bakery this weekend. What's the best time to snag some of those famous thicc cookies before they vanish??
Weekends can get pretty busy! I'd recommend heading over closer to their opening time. That way, you'll have the best chance to grab your faves before they sell out! Good luck and happy snacking!

Fat Kid Bakery in Singapore is a true gem for donut lovers! Their creations are outstandingly delicious, with a wide variety of fillings to choose from. The kaya/pandan donut in particular stood out—it was rich, fragrant, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. Every bite tasted freshly made with care. The atmosphere of the bakery is welcoming, and th... see more

You can really tell the difference between a freshly baked donut and one that’s been sitting around too long. I ate this on the day of purchase, but judging from the dryness and lack of chew, it definitely wasn’t fresh. Hmm question: If your donuts can technically keep in the fridge for up to 3 days, does that mean you can still sell 1 or 2-day ol... see more

My fiancée saw a post on this bakery. She's a sucker for creamy stuff so Fat Kid has been on our list for a while. The final push was the limited Kaya Bombolini just for National Day. We went there after our lunch at Toku Nori. The shop was quiet as it was around 2pm on a Monday. We bought the Kaya Bombolini and asked the staff, which turns out to... see more

Went around to look for this bakery. Bought 2 flavours : Citrus boom, Earl grey and Kaya butter. Citrus boom was a hit.. I love the taste of it Earl Grey was nice too. Kaya Butter was abit too sweet for me Will try other flavours next time.

Tried their donuts before during a friend’s gathering and really like it. Especially the crème brûlée, seasalt maple. Ordered the limited edt flavor this time round - Kaya w/ salted butter. So good. But pretty costly for a donut at $6.20. Price point is wise not ideal to eat as often.

one of the best donut i’ve ever try in sg. not too sweet & not greasy at all. perfect for breakfast & paired with coffee because of the light texture.

The place has this really chill vibe and smells incredible when you walk in. The milk bread is a must try, super fluff, airy and fragrant! Their sourdough has that real deal tang, crust is perfect gives you that satisfying crunch Get their shio pan! It’s like getting a taste of Korea Seongsu salt bread without flying there. So worth it. I also l... see more

Update Sep 2025: Returned to try the Bomboloni and chose the Maple Sea Salt $5.50. It is so good! I didn't expect the cream to be so light yet full of flavour. Definitely coming back for more. Aug 2025: I was surprised to find this viral bakery empty when I visited on a Friday during lunch. I chose the Classic Bomboloni ($3.80) and the Shio Pan (... see more
