Chef Simone Loisi, the heart and soul of Waterfall Ristorante Italiano, brings his passion and expertise to every dish. Inspired by the rich culinary heritage of Puglia, Italy, Chef Simone began his culinary journey at the age of 13. He honed his skills at a hotel school in Bari and gained valuable experience as Chef de Partie in renowned establishments across Italy, France, and Malta. Before joining us, he spent 5 years as Head Chef at Restaurant Da Sergio in Monaco Ville.
