Meet Chef Simone Loisi

Meet Chef Simone Loisi, the culinary heart of Waterfall Ristorante Italiano. Chef Simone's culinary journey began in Puglia, Italy, at the age of 13, inspired by the region's rich pasta heritage and exquisite burrata cheese. He honed his skills at a hotel school in Bari and gained invaluable experience as Chef de Partie in Italy, France, and Malta. Before joining us, he spent 5 years as Head Chef at Restaurant Da Sergio in Monaco Ville.
