Beginner-Friendly Salsa Classes

Our beginner courses are designed for those with little to no prior experience. Our next Beginner Course starts Oct 16, 2025. Not sure if it's for you? Try our Trial Class and discover the joy of Cuban dance! The Salsa Cubana Beginner 1A Course Partnerwork runs on Thursdays from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm (1.5 hrs x 4 lessons). This comprehensive course introduces you to the fundamentals of Cuban Salsa. Students who pay full course rates can retake Salsa 1A for FREE within 6 months.

Our lessons are structured progressively, ensuring you grasp proper social dancing techniques for both lead and follow roles. By the end of the course, you'll have a solid foundation and the confidence to dance socially. After completing Level 1A, you can progress to Level 1B and explore various workshops focusing on Body Movement & Styling.

No partner is needed! We rotate partners in class, creating a social and inclusive environment. Wear comfortable clothing and avoid flip-flops. Dance shoes are a worthwhile investment if you decide to continue dancing.
