Inspired by the vibrant culinary heritage of Puglia, Italy, Chef Simone began his culinary journey at the age of 13. He honed his skills at a hotel school in Bari and gained valuable experience as Chef de Partie in renowned establishments across Italy, France, and Malta. Before joining us, he spent 5 years as Head Chef at Restaurant Da Sergio in Monaco Ville.
