Turo Turo Singapore

Looking for a 'Turo Turo' experience in Singapore? Kuya's Kusinang Pinoy brings the authentic Filipino 'point-point' dining style to 420 North Bridge Road, 01-06 North Bridge Centre, Singapore 188727. Founded in November 2020 by Raymond and Sandra, our eatery provides a comforting taste of home for OFWs and an exciting culinary adventure for locals. Discover the essence of Filipino cuisine with our wide selection of dishes, reminiscent of a traditional Filipino cafeteria, where you can point and choose your desired combination of rice, noodles, slow-cooked stews, and freshly prepared fish.

Experience the joy of 'Turo Turo' as you explore our diverse menu, featuring classic Filipino dishes prepared with love and authenticity. Indulge in our Crispy Pata, a deep-fried pork knuckle with a rich history and irresistible flavor. We carefully stew the pork with bay leaves, peppercorns, garlic, onion, and salt until it's incredibly tender, then chill and deep-fry it to achieve maximum crispiness. Served with atcharang (pickled green papaya) and a tangy soy sauce-vinegar dipping sauce, it's the perfect dish for sharing or savoring on your own.

Don't miss our Sisig, a Kapampangan delicacy made from pig's face, belly, and chicken liver, seasoned with calamansi, onions, and chili peppers. Served on a sizzling hotplate, our Sisig offers a harmonious balance of flavors and textures, with generous chunks of pork belly and a minimal amount of chicken liver for an authentic taste.

For a lighter option, try our Sisig na Puso or Pilawang Puso ng Saging, a unique vegetable dish featuring banana heart cooked in vinegar with pork, garlic, and spices. This dish offers a healthier alternative to curry rice, with the richness of pork belly fats adding a delightful balance to the vegetable.

Delight in the traditional flavors of our Adobong Pusit, a squid dish prepared using the classic Filipino adobo method. The squid is boiled in soy sauce and vinegar, then sautéed with fragrant garlic, onions, and ripe tomatoes, creating a symphony of flavors. The squid is cooked al dente, and the squid ink sacs are incorporated into the sauce, adding depth and complexity to the dish.

Warm up with our comforting Beef Bulalo, a classic beef shank stew. This clear and rich soup is especially perfect for chilly days and is available in a special version with bone marrow for added richness and flavor.

Experience the culinary influences of our Pata Humba, braised ham hock with salted black beans. This dish features tender pork knuckles braised in a flavorful combination of pineapple juice and soy sauce until they reach melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Fermented black beans (tausi) and dried banana blossoms are added during cooking, creating a taste that's reminiscent of adobo with a subtle Chinese twist, offering a familiar taste of home with a Filipino touch of vinegar and sweetness.

Parking is available at the National Library or Bras Basah Complex. Stay updated on our daily specials by following our Facebook page, where we diligently share our latest culinary creations. Kuya's Kusinang Pinoy is your destination for an inexpensive and authentic Filipino 'Turo Turo' dining experience in Singapore. Come and experience the taste of home!
