Meet Chef Simone Loisi

Chef Simone Loisi is the passionate culinary artist behind Waterfall Ristorante Italiano. His culinary journey began in Puglia, Italy, at the young age of 13, inspired by the region's rich pasta heritage and exquisite burrata cheese. He honed his skills at a hotel school in Bari and gained invaluable experience as Chef de Partie in prestigious establishments across Italy, France, and Malta. Before joining us, he spent 5 years as Head Chef at Restaurant Da Sergio in Monaco Ville.
