Immerse yourself in an authentic taste of Spain, meticulously crafted with a passion for quality ingredients and traditional techniques. Our Basque-style parilla grill takes center stage, infusing a smoky depth into many of our dishes, using carefully selected woods to create an unforgettable flavor profile.

Experience the pinnacle of Spanish gastronomy with our signature Cochinillo, a dish steeped in history and tradition. Sourced directly from Segovia, Spain, the birthplace of this culinary masterpiece, our Cochinillo embodies decades of perfected technique. Each pig is expertly brined to ensure perfect seasoning, then slow-roasted in our handmade stone oven, resulting in a symphony of textures: a golden, crispy skin that gives way to juicy, flavorful meat.

Indulge in a curated menu showcasing the freshest catches and premium ingredients. Savor the delicate flavors of fresh Turbot, the vibrant sweetness of Red Carabinero Prawn, and the tender texture of Spanish Octopus. For the discerning palate, we offer dry-aged beef, rich Uni, and expertly hand-carved Jamon. Explore a diverse range of dishes, from the refreshing Tuna Tartar with Ajoblanco to the perfectly seasoned Squid, chargrilled Clams, and succulent Roasted Beef. Conclude your culinary journey with our delightful Mango Sorbet paired with Curry Cake.
