• Environment • Located on the second floor of Terminal 4, the lounge’s layout and upkeep left something to be desired. Not a luxurious lounge but definitely very comfortable and the food is good. Plentiful alcohol, soft drinks and coffee. Even had almost real cheese :) Comfortable chairs over looking the terminal giving ample opportunity to people watch.

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon. Very quiet with hardly anyone around. Not a big spread but food was hot and decent. I was skeptical when I booked here due to the negative comments. However, our experience was very pleasant. The front staffs were very friendly especially the Filipina. Enjoyed the T4 airport lounge with DragonPass. The space is wide and clean, and since it’s open 24 hours, I could use it before my early morning flight. Due to a flight delay, I spent some time in the lounge and found it to be a quiet and comfortable space. There are plenty of single seats, offering good privacy for relaxation or work. The lounge has become bigger since we last came in 2019! Food selection is fine, similar to other Changi lounges across the terminals. Seats seems to have seen better days, some are stained. Saving grace is the atmosphere, overlooking the 'shop houses' in the transition area below.
