Excellent service by staff Michelle at Changi lounge at Jewel. Comes with a hot meal and also free flow of snacks and drinks. Recommends to all travellers.

A unique lounge that is located outside of the airport, which means you can use it before your check in time which is a very nice plus if you arrive at the airport too early There are several food options that you can order. I was able to access this lounge as part of my 16 hour layover as a Priority Pass Holder. It was perfect to meet my needs as I landed early morning and needed a place to rest and shower. The Changi Lounge was perfect. I landed early in the morning and relaxed here until I waited for the waterfall to start at 10 AM. I ordered the Dim Sum plate which was delicious! The lounge serves as a basic comfortable area to relax before going airside into the airport. It has a la carte menu with one hot meal, one beer and one shower ticket included when using a Priority Pass. A good range of soft drinks and snacks are available and the space is large enough so does not feel cramped. I would definitely visit here again.
