Answer:
I'm thinking of getting a whole cake for a party. Do they take pre-orders, and how far in advance should I place it??
Yes, they definitely take pre-orders! It's best to contact them at least 3-5 days in advance (or even earlier for more elaborate designs) to ensure they can bake up your dream cake!

Question:
Answer:
Hey there! Does Plain Vanilla Tiong Bahru get super crowded on weekends? I'm craving some cupcakes, but not a crazy crowd!?
Weekends can be bustling! Aim for a visit earlier in the day or perhaps mid-afternoon for a slightly more relaxed experience. Those cupcakes are worth strategically planning for!

Plain Vanilla: A Reliable Spot for Delicious Bakes and Coffee Plain Vanilla remains one of Singapore’s most beloved bakery chains, known for its delicious bakes and consistently good coffee. Every visit here is a small challenge—not because of any issue, but because of the overwhelming variety of tempting pastries, making it hard to choose just a ... see more

Food was average. The sauce was unnecessarily spicy and completely overpowered the burger. Roasted potatoes were the only redeeming part of the meal. Coffee was mediocre at best. Overall, nothing remarkable.

Great food (I had Turkish eggs, 10/10), and excellent coffee too. They even have decaf coffee (which is rare in SG). The iced matcha was soso but everything else was perfect. Good place to work, laptop friendly.

The cafe has a great atmosphere and is beautiful. There are seats in front of the shop, inside the shop, and behind the shop. There are many types of seats to choose from. The coffee is very good. Coffee lovers must not miss it. In addition to coffee, there are also bakery and food. It is suitable for working, meeting friends, or just relaxing.

Had the brown sugar cinnamon cupcake that was really good! The coffee was excellent too and the fresh juices are nice and tasty. Seating areas outside and inside (including some nice private ones). Regret not having had lunch here! Will definitely come back.

The best blend of cozy ambience, great bakeries and hospitable staff. That hit it all straight out of the park. The pastries are top class with the right portion of sweetness for sugar-conscious people. Seems like almost every piece is worth a try. Indoor seating is limited so be prepared to be allocated outdoor seats with a little sunshine warm.... see more

The cafe offers QR code ordering, which is convenient, but the overall experience leaves much to be desired. • Food Quality: The salmon tart was disappointing, with a crust that was overly thick. The pasta with brinjal was dry and lacked flavor. • Coffee: Average quality, with the iced mocha being particularly subpar—one of the worst tasted. • Serv... see more

Very pleasant atmosphere with aircon or non aircon seatings. Stepping into the cafe, on the right with shelves of souvenirs and handicrafts. QR code menu on each table that has lists of coffee, non-coffee, freshly-baked confectionery, etc. Further into the cafe is another vibe with nice and peaceful decorations. Known for its muffin, a selection o... see more
