Asian Civilisations Museum

The Asian Civilisations Museum (ACM) is the region’s first and only art museum devoted to the diverse cultures of Asia. With a collection spanning Southeast Asia, China, South Asia, and the Islamic world of West Asia, the galleries are a window to more than 5,000 years of Asian civilization. 

Exhibits that engage visitors through multimedia displays and interactive kiosks are presented within the context of today’s Asian traditions and practices. The ACM’s collection began with pieces inherited from the colonial Raffles Library and Museum, mainly consisting of ethnological materials from Southeast Asia. 

Museum Hours
Monday to Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00 am-7:00 pm
Friday, 10:00 am-9:00 pm.
