About DON LECHON (Grandlink Square)

Experience the Philippines' beloved Lechon at Don Lechon (Grandlink Square), Singapore. Indulge in the rich, savory flavors of spit-roasted suckling pig, prepared traditionally over a flaming wooden charcoal grill. Discover a symphony of tastes with our signature dishes:

Chopped Lechon ($13): Savor the succulent, fat-layered pork, infused with lemongrass and garlic, offering a tantalizing floral aroma. The skin shatters with a melodious symphony of flavors, complemented by a faint coconutty aroma from the soy sauce and milk marinade. Don't miss the accompanying sauce, a blend of liver, vinegar, brown sugar, and Asian herbs, adding a touch of sweetness reminiscent of apple sauce with suckling pig.

Lechon Sisig ($13): Enjoy a twist on the classic Sisig with our Lechon version. Crispy, chopped lechon is fried with onions and chillies, creating a delightful mix of textures and flavors. Feel the gooey cartilage and crunchy green chillies, balanced by the freshness of onions. A squeeze of calamansi elevates the dish with tart, citrusy notes, enhancing the porky goodness.

Bopis ($10): For the adventurous palate, our Bopis features beef lungs and pork hearts simmered in a potpourri of herbs. Garlic, tomatoes, onions, and bay leaves create an explosion of umami goodness, masking any gaminess from the offal. The result is tender, slow-cooked meat with a slight tartness from the vinegar and herbaceous notes from the bay leaves, leaving a delicate heat on your tongue.

This is a rare find and the food is really nice. Really love the sisig and the sauces they use are really flavourful. Comes with the rice that will complement the sisig. Authentic that even my helper think this is really good. Will go again if i pass by. Hope they can keep up the good work

Sigh.. this Don Lechon is really a guilty pleasure pork restaurant. Their pork belly chop & Sinigang taste so good. If you're a lover of pork belly, you will definitely enjoy eating here. But after the 3rd or the 4th piece of their pork belly, you'll start to feel greasy and feel like your life span is reducing. So I'd say, eat it in moderation! Bu... see more

Delish Filipino roast pork and traditional dishes. Finally tried this spot after passing by it many times. The lunch weather was cloudy and cool and we had an alfresco experience by the canal. It would have been perfect if it had not been for the pesky crows perched on the fir trees, threatening to add extras to our food. Now.. the food. The roas... see more

Great place to have some roasted pork. The roasted pork meat was good, would have been better if the skin was not so hard. The sishik goes well with rice. The place looks a bit small and seems to be outside sitting. Do take note that there isn't alcohol for this location.

My first time trying Fillipino Lechon in Singapore and that crispy skin was next-level good! Generous portions, beautifully roasted, and full of flavour. 🐷🔥 The ambience was lovely, quiet, cosy, and even romantically set under a tent for a nice patio-style canal seating experience. It’s also quite pleasantly cool here in the evenings too, just... see more

My first time here and I came at the perfect time. The rain had just stopped. The place was windy and not too busy. The lechon is as authentic as it gets outside of the Philippines (as was the fish sinigang soup). As the Pinoys say, Masarap or lamik ka-ayo!

The lechon is their selling point and it truly delivers. An institution of Filipino food in SG, Don Lechon is popular to Filipinos and non Filipinos looking for proper Filipino food. They have really big servings, note that. So a small eater might have trouble finishing the lechon plate, which tastes the best at least in SG. The pansit lechon, howe... see more
