There are ample seats in a tranquil environment. Food offerings may be limited but of sufficient quality; Gold Star Alliance members have access to this lounge; unfortunately no shower facilities exist here - however Terminal 3's Krysflyer lounge does provide this facility.on Thu Oct 30 2025

Star Alliance Gold members can use this lounge by Singapore Airlines. Should not be confused with the SilverKris lounges which are a rank higher and reserved only for passengers of Business Class or above.

It’s due for a renovation in 2026 but currently the T2 Lounge is one of the worst SQ Krisflyer Gold Lounge anywhere in the world.
While they have their signature siew mai, har kou and laksa, the rest looks like very much the paid lounge you get through bank cards etc. No nap or quiet areas and only 2 working desks are main negatives, old style and... see more+ 3 photos
