The Upper Seletar Reservoir Park serves as one of the four reservoirs under the Central water catchment in the northern area of Singapore. The Park is located along Mandai Road, beside the Mandai Executive Golf Course. It is within the Central Water Catchment area of Singapore, which is bounded by other reservoirs.
Her Royal Highness-Princess Alexandra officially opened the reservoir in 1969. It was then known as Seletar Reservoir. One of the highlights of the Park is the Seletar Lookout Tower. It is often described as shaped like a rocket. The tower has a spiral staircase that is about 3-story high. In addition, for the fishing enthusiast, the Park has a dedicated fishing ground area.
