Excellent place to have your breakfast/ brunch / lunch! Porridge is definitely cooked till satisfaction and each individual bowl is painstakingly put under the hot stove under the careful eyes of the chef. You can order from the menu and add customisation for your porridge. My recommendation is to go for the old school style and add an egg. It ad... see more

150425 $5.50 for Signature Porridge / was there around 9.30am weekday. Got a nbr n waited like 10 mins. Dun see the crowd but felt that the wait like quite long. Lots of variety of ingredients - liver, fish, cuttlefish, century egg, minced pork. Good to eat, n wait only if you have the time.... I skipped the you tiao (see pic). If you know wh... see more

Low rating is due to a longer waiting time than what was initially communicated by the shop staff. Auntie said wait time was 30-35mins when asked, but I waited for 50mins. Should overestimate rather then underestimate the waiting time. Auntie should already be very familiar with the wait time. Totally not happy having to wait 15mins longer than pr... see more

To me, nothing great. Not worth the wait of more than 40 minutes early in the morning at 8.15am Especially those who prefer soft peanut porridge, do not order the peanut porridge series. It is just hard peanut added to the porridge. Not the Cantonese style that is cooked till soft. It just doesn't blend with the soft porridge. Canned peanuts taste ... see more

One of the most prized porridge offerings. The appearance can be misleading. No Q. Wow! However, once you place an order for porridge, the woman will inform you about the duration of the waiting period. This varies from 15 to 30 minutes. There are approximately 5 porridge stalls in this area, if you are unable to wait.

The porridge here is truly cooked till you can’t see the rice, very soft and silky. I only tried the fish belly porridge and it’s delicious though it’s bony. Wouldn’t recommend to those who don’t like fish bones. I’ll try the others next time. But be prepared to wait for at least 25 mins for your porridge to be ready because they are so busy.

Authentic Cantonese Porridge Worth the Wait Be prepared for a wait—it can easily be 30 minutes or more. But it's absolutely worth it. The young chef meticulously prepares incredible old-school Cantonese porridge with a variety of toppings. The incredible smoky, roasted aroma that fills the air is a perfect preview of the delicious, authentic flavor... see more
